Cooperation and Sponsorship for Events and Conferences

Organizing units are reputable research institutes, universities and partners that make positive and practical contribution to Vietnam’s scientific and technological community.

The event/conference must have the participation of reputable scientists, young researchers and students to exchange and grasp modern research directions in the world.

VNCDLL evaluates and selects proposals based on the following criteria:

• Significance and influence of the event/conference;
• List of invited speakers;
• Number of presentations and participants;
• Financial suitability.

• Application form (Form  1. VINIF030509_DDK );
• Content, estimated total cost (including content proposed to be sponsored by VinIF);
• Decision of organizing the event/conference;
• Scientific Curriculum Vitae of speakers;
• Other related documents (if any).

• Deadline: At least 30 days before the inauguration of the event/conference;
• The event organizers need to send the application package (soft copy) to email scholarship@vinif.org and hard copy to Vingroup Innovation Foundation – Institute of Big Data;
