Vingroup Innovation Foundation – VinIF was founded by Vingroup with the overriding mission of supporting scientists and young talents from universities and institutes to create world-class scientific, technological and innovative researches in the field of Science, Technology, Engineering, Medicine, Economics and Education, in order to bring about positive and sustainable changes for Vietnam.

VinIF will sponsor projects, scientific works and training related to Big Data with the aim of creating practically technological products and solutions that bring practical benefits to the community.

Establish
- August 16, 2018: Vingroup Corporation established a division under VinBigdata Institute with registration certificate B
- 18/2018/ĐK-KH&CN.- August 21, 2018: Vingroup Corporation announced the establishment of VinBigData Institute and VinIF with Science Director is Prof. Vu Ha Van.

Introduce Sponsorship Program
From 1/2019, VinIF opened a sponsorship program for Scientific and Technological projects

From 3/2019, VinIF announced a sponsorship program for Master and PhD
