• The contents of support are aimed at expenditures and norms in order to create sufficient conditions for international quality facilities, textbooks and lecturers.

• VINIF supports up to 2,000,000 VND (Two billion VND) for the first year and gradually decreases for the following years for training institutions in order to: Enhance the quality of lecturers; Invite visiting professors; Develop and supplement textbooks and lectures; To upgrade facilities and equipment to meet the training requirements of master’s degree; Enhance the capacity and experience in scientific research in the field of the sector where the CSDT develops a project to open a master’s degree program; Manage the program and other reasonable fees.
• The maximum support period is 03 years. Every year, VINIF will organize inspections and assessments to serve as a basis for funding in the following years or to extend the funding period.
• The Vingroup Innovation Fund (VINIF) considers and supports a master’s scholarship under the program that meets the criteria and conditions for selection of the VINIF’s domestic master’s and doctoral training scholarship program (http://vinif.org/en/chuong-trinh/hoc-bong-sau-dai-hoc).

• Teaching staff of CSDT
