The project poses the problem of developing IoTs/5G technology solutions using big data processing techniques and artificial intelligence for smart cities, to solve the challenges of openness, reconfigurability and remotely program IoTs/5G devices and applications via wireless IoTs/5G network protocols, flexibly and optimally use resources on cloud computing infrastructure and network systems through virtualization techniques, storage and analysis, big data processing, artificial intelligence applications in IoTs/5G applications in the field of smart cities.
On that basis, the project’s goals include: i) Developing an IoTs/5G test network system on cloud computing infrastructure; ii) Develop new algorithms to solve: offloading computing tasks from IoT terminals to servers for processing to help save energy, online learning to predict the popularity of digital content and optimizing the data storage process to effectively provide digital content services to users of smart cities; and iii) Develop contextual deep learning algorithms to predict data collected by IoTs/5G devices.
