The project includes 2 solutions and includes two sets of biological products. The success of the project helps complete 12 products, through testing will complete a number of effective usage processes for conversion, organic farming and shrimp farming, aquaculture without using antibiotics:
- MICROSOL – Microbiological technology solution to replace antibiotics in shrimp farming. This is a proven 100% antibiotic replacement solution that still helps shrimp reach the finish line even in epidemic areas. The solution provides a set of microbiological products to effectively control pathogenic bacteria, especially Vibrio parahaemolyticus carries the toxin gene that causes acute hepatopancreatic necrosis and provides 2 procedures for use in shrimp ponds to help farmers optimize activity and save money. The solution also provides stable effects on water environmental indicators such as toxic gases: NH3, NO2, H2S and supports digestion. This solution was also honored to be awarded the first prize in the Innovation contest in high-tech agricultural production jointly organized by the High-Tech Agricultural Business Incubation Center and the Department of Science and Technology of Ho Chi Minh City.
- AGRIBIS – Biotechnology solution to transform agricultural farming towards organic, safe and sustainable. The solution provides a set of microbiological and herbal products that help effectively control pests, leafhoppers, aphids, bacteria, fungi, root nematodes, red spiders,… and stimulate plant growth. The solution also provides processes for use from the beginning of the season, from composting, soil preparation, etc. to reduce up to 100% replacement of chemical pesticides. The solution also provides an effective process of converting chemically cultivated land to a safe and organic one thanks to the microorganism system that decomposes chemical pesticides and provides selected strains of soil improvement microorganisms. This solution is also honored to receive funding from the SpeedUp Foundation – the Innovation and Startup Support Program for the period 2016 – 2020 of the Department of Science and Technology of Ho Chi Minh City.
The product set is designed from a collection of indigenous microorganisms (endogenous in plants and rhizosphere) capable of producing many biological compounds that come with a specific scientific background with many actives proven to be beneficial for shrimp and plants from in vitro to in vivo in combination with herbal ingredients extracted from plants. Each product has its own mixing formula with high density production and spore generation technology to help increase survivability, maintain stable activity and preserve for a long time. The product is in powder or liquid form and is being researched into a compact tablet form, convenient for use and transportation. The model is convenient for project replication and proactive implementation on farms. In addition, we research plasma seed treatment technology to increase germination rate, resist fungal diseases, create disease-free seeds, and ensure crop quality right from the first stage of the process, contributes to increasing productivity. Bacteriophage technology is also used to optimize antibacterial ability, has high specificity, so the dosage is low, the protection period is long, stable in the environment, kills bacteria quickly, effective for a long time, and does not harm humans, plants, or pets. The project has the potential to register exclusive patents/useful solutions and is all based on the accumulated results of more than 15 years of experience from 32 scientific works and awards related to the project that have been published, verified and practically tested on many commercial shrimp ponds and crop farms such as Sadec Farm organic tangerine garden, Lam Vien – Duc Trong – Lam Dong organic vegetable garden, organic pepper garden in MangYang – Gia Lai, organic red flesh dragon fruit garden in Chi Cong commune – Tuy Phong – Binh Thuan,…
